    • High-Velocity injection control at 100μsec (new controller TACT) promises high-precision and stable molding.

    • New high-sensitivity mold protection function (Patent pending)
    • "High-speed reaction" permits immediate mold opening right after detection of a foreign substance during clamping operation.
      In the NEX Series, the foreign substance detection time from catching a foreign substance until start of mold opening is 13 ms,winch is 1/10 of the detection time of our conventional machines, improving the mold protection function.

    • Higher injection velocity and pressure available
      • The injection velocity has been increased by a maximum of 40%
        (as compared with our conventional machines).
    • Three types of specifications are available according to the intended application:standard, high-speed and high-load (this for thick-wall products).
    • The "high-load specification" applies to lenses and other thick products.
      The injection time (pressure holding time) can be set longer than the standard specification.
    • Diverse control programs will meet a wide range of your molding needs
      • HPC (Injection holding pressure positioning control): This control is useful for high-velocity molding, uniform molding of thin-wall products, and prevention of sink and warpage.
      • CPN3 (Clamping compression molding): This is a method to perform clamping and filling simultaneously. This is effective to reduce product's stress and ensures smoother gas ventilation.
      • MIP0 (Processing inside mold): Ejector operation during clamping allows gate-cutting and local compression of the products.
      • IDMC (Injection during mold clamping): Injection starts just before the high-pressure mold clamping. This control is useful for degassing the mold and shortening the cycle time.
